Quark is an American science fiction situation comedy starring Richard Benjamin broadcast on NBC. The pilot first aired on May 7, 1977, and the series followed as a mid-season replacement in February 1978. The series was cancelled in April 1978. Quark was created by Buck Henry, co-creator of the spy spoof Get Smart. The show was set on a United Galaxy Sanitation Patrol Cruiser, an interstellar garbage scow operating out of United Galaxies Space Station Perma One in the year 2226. Adam Quark, the main character, works to clean up trash in space by collecting "space baggies" with his trusted and highly unusual crew. In its short run, Quark satirized such science fiction as Star Wars, 2001: A Space Odyssey and Flash Gordon. Three of the episodes were direct satires of Star Trek episodes. The series won one Emmy Award nomination, for costume designer Grady Hunt's work in the episode "All the Emperor's Quasi-Norms, Part 2". The complete series was released on DVD on October 14, 2008.
Quarterlife is an American web series, also briefly an NBC television series in 2008, created by Marshall Herskovitz and Edward Zwick, the creators of Thirtysomething and Once and Again, and producers of My So-Called Life. The show is about a group of twenty-something artists who are coming of age in the digital generation. According to its official website, Quarterlife is the first Internet series to have been created alongside a social networking website, quarterlife.com. Quarxs created between 1990 and 1993, was one of the earliest computer animated series. It predated ReBoot. Each episode was made in HDTV and no more than three minutes long. Only twelve episodes of the original series of 100 have been created. The title was meant to describe a common name on mysterious, omnipresent and invisible creatures that were bending the laws of Physics, biology, optics... Discovered by a CryptoBiologist researcher, the Quarxs are presented as being the only and last explanation of the imperfection of the world. Quarxs is the only fiction animated series by Maurice Benayoun, contemporary artist who dedicates his later work to media art. The series was conceived together with François Schuiten well known Belgian comic book designer. Yozakura Quartet is a Japanese manga created by Suzuhito Yasuda that began publishing by Kodansha in 2006, and was then published in the US by Del Rey in 2008. The series was animated in Japan and aired from October 2 to December 18, 2008; it comprises 12 episodes, all of which have aired. The anime was produced by Nomad and aired on TBS on Thursdays. Three anime OVAs were released alongside volmunes 9-11 of the manga, between October 10, 2010 to November 9, 2011. A new anime adaptation of the series was announced in April 2013, with the cast returning from the first anime and OVAs, but it will be produced at Tatsunoko Production to be aired in Fall 2013. Yozakura Quartet is Suzuhito Yasuda's first manga. Before the creation of Yozakura Quartet, he was an illustrator. He drew the original character designs for Yoshikazu Kuwashima's series Kamisama Kazoku and Ryohgo Narita's Durarara!!.
The Quarters is the fifth Malaysian production by MediaCorp Studios Malaysia. Filming began in September 2011 and took place in Muar, Johor, Malaysia and its rural surroundings. It debuted in Singapore on 3 September 2012. The series is set during an era of samsui women, opium dens, pulled rickshaws and the laid back "kampung" lifestyle. It was also a time when waves of migrant workers and coolies from China settled in Singapore. Many of them were housed in large buildings such that as depicted by Zhu Zai House and multiple tenants would occupy a single room usually meant for one or two persons.

The Fifth Quarter was an Australian rules football television program screening on Network Ten on 27 March 2004. Beginning in the 2004 season, the show was a review show focusing on the Australian rules football football competition, AFL. Following each game on Saturday night, two hosts go through the weekend's events so far in the games played and also topical matters that have appeared during the week. Early in the show's life the two hosts were solely Michael Christian and Andrew Maher, however, since 2008 the show has been hosted on a rotating basis, whereby one of Maher and Christian hosts alongside one of Network Ten's other football commentators, such as Luke Darcy, Robert Walls, Malcolm Blight and Tom Harley. They also conduct interviews with players and coaches after the match. Players to be interviewed include Cheynee Stiller and Gary Ablett, Jr. and coaches include Brett Ratten, Mark Harvey and Jade Rawlings. Before becoming senior coach of the Brisbane Lions, Michael Voss was a regular on The Fifth Quarter. In 2006, the show was merged into Network Ten's Saturday night AFL coverage, still hosted by Christian and Maher but not listed as a separate program.

One day, the Hanabishi and Hidaka parents were preparing for a long term overseas business trip together. Kantaro Hanabishi had only one problem holding him back from the trip; leaving his four daughters behind in Japan. “Leave it to me. You can rely on me to watch over them!” As a result of Kouki’s casual announcement, both parents happily departed on their trip. “Ooh, how reliable! That was what I was waiting to hear!” Between both of the parents, they had arranged for one of the four sisters to become Kouki's fiance. After Kouki's graduation they would continue discussion of it further, but this recent event gave a chance to accelerate their plan.
